My firstborn, my baby boy, is officially 22! He says his goal is to finally move out by the end of next summer so he can share a place with his girlfriend of 2 years and live in Arlington where he’ll be closer to his main job, and she’ll be closer to UT Arlington where she goes to school. So that being the case, this is quite possibly the last birthday that he will have spent at home with us!
Although they were mostly out with friends that day, they did come over for his requested chicken enchilada birthday dinner and pineapple upside down cupcakes.
We had a lot of fun snapping random poses before he headed out for the rest of his night.
We had a fun evening together, for sure. I’m so glad that he is happy and embarking on a life he loves.
